In this compact workshop, we explore key aspects of difference that impact working dynamics with Germans, such as key factors in establishing (and maintaining!) credibility, handling the unique German styles of providing feedback, approaching discussions and leadership. We will include some of the broader socio-political contexts which drive business behaviors.
